SWISSED 2016: Submissions open

Submissions for SWISSED16 are now officially open.  See the Event Programme page for more details.


Key dates for the diary:

·         Final date for Submission of IP form, abstracts + biographies: 13th June.

·         Draft programme to be released: 20th June.

·         Draft presentations to be submitted by: 4th July.

·         Reviews to be completed: 25th July.

SWISSED16, 12th September: Key Note speaker confirmed!

The SWISSED16 Organising Committee are proud to announce the confirmation of Professor de Weck as one of the Key Note speakers for SWISSED16, The SSSE's Annual Conference, organised for 12th September at Kongresshaus Zürich.

Student Support for ASEP Certification

On the annualy general meeting of the SSSE on Wednesday, March 2nd, the SSSE comittee decided to support the next generation of systems engineers in Switzerland in the following way:

Any student who seeks the official ASEP certification will be supported by the SSSE. This means that certification fees for ASEP certification will be covered. Upon successful completion of the ASEP certification, the student will be granted an official one year INCOSE membership will full access to all INCOSE products and materials.

Certified Systems Engineering Course Level-B

A course for Certified Systems Engineering Level-B will take place in Bern starting from end of Februrary. There are still places available. The course will be held in German. After the course it is possible to take the exam for Level-B according to the SEZERTFor further information please contact or use the contact form.

New Resource Section: SSSE Work Products

The SE round table in Bern introduced a workshop like session to discuss pressing issues. For such initial session, a simple question had been selected: «How will a holistic Systems Engineering approach look in future, to overcome silos in organizations?»
