How much time does a team of Systems Engineers need to phrase an I-message?
The increasing complexity in projects requires not only modern approaches to mastering technical complexity, but also approaches to mastering interpersonal relationships. In this presentation, the author addresses the importance of interpersonal challenges based on INCOSE's 15 SE Principles and experiences from everyday project work. In particular, the effects of soft skills on teamwork and project results are examined. This provides valuable insights for expanding the holistic skill set of systems engineers.
