Rethinking UAF: The Era of v2
Join us for an insightful presentation on the evolution of the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) in the context of emerging updates to the modeling language SysML v2 and, consequently, the anticipated UAFML v2. Tobias Kaiser works as an Industry Process Specialist of the CATIA Magic Cyber Systems team for Dassault Systèmes. He holds a bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, and a SysML Model User OMG certification. The main focus of his work includes system architecture, MBSE application, and, more recently, enterprise architecture - especially using UAF. He is a member of the GfSE SE pain points working group and the GfSE UAF working group.
Hugo Ormo is an engineer that studied at ETSEIB in Barcelona. He works as a consultant for a global IT consulting company, focusing on transforming organizations towards Systems Engineering and MBSE. He is a certified GfSE Level A professional and has been training as a GfSE instructor since 2022. In this role, he has already trained more than fifty individuals at GfSE Level B and C. On a voluntary basis, he leads the GfSE UAF working group and is also a member of the OMG UAF working group.
