Safe Harbor Models in a Stormy Engineering Sea
The digital storm—driven by new, transformative technologies such as AI, MBPLE, and SysML v2—is pushing us forward with great force. We can only influence the storm to a limited extent, but we can set our sails properly so that it pushes us forward.
We'll take a closer look at this broad topic using SysML v2, which enables future engineering in many areas. A single source of truth systems engineering and PLE feature model, easily accessible by humans and AI, based on a precise language, including an ontology providing context information. After a broad overview, the presentation will outline very specific potential solutions.

He is a co-author of the SysML v1 specification, was co-chair of the task forces responsible for the last SysML v1 versions, and is actively involved in the ongoing work on SysML v2. He was co-chair of the task force responsible for the final submission of SysML v2, and is now co-chair of the SysML v2.1 revision task force (RTF).
